These eggs, except for the
two gold ones, have
miniature Hallmark Ornaments inside
them.

I cut the window in the egg
and with glue and glitter inside and many coats of paint and varnish on
the outside, they become quite sturdy.

The two gold eggs are
deocorated with cut outs from Christmas cards.
|
The one above has a window
over the opening made of plastic wrap made taunt by dipping it in
boiling water. I made the two gold eggs in the 60's. The
rest I have made recently.

This ornament is made from
sugar with a little water added and put in a mold. I used
decorative trim around the edge, used a mini figurine and added a
bow. If stored properly, these ornaments will last indefinitely.

This Easter Egg is made from
an old L'eggs Panty Hose egg. I coated it with glue then
sprinkled fine white glitter all over it to resemble sugar. Used
decroative trim, mini figurine and silk flowers to decorate.
